Double copy in higher derivative operators of Nambu-Goldstone bosons

We investigate the existence of double copy structure, or lack thereof, in higher derivative operators for Nambu-Goldstone bosons. At leading ${\cal O}(p^2)$, tree amplitudes bosons adjoint representation can be (trivially) expressed as itself and cubic bi-adjoint scalar theory, through Kawai-Lewellen-Tye bilinear kernel. next-to-leading O}(p^4)$ there exist four general, among which we identify one operator whose exhibit flavor-kinematics duality written O}(p^2)$ Yang-Mills+$\phi^3$ involving both gluons gauged scalars. The specific turns out to coincide with so-called extended Dirac-Born-Infeld aforementioned relation holds more generally.
